Bill Webster founded Signature Concrete Solutions after years in the field, having learned the trade from finishers who measured their careers in decades rather than seasons. He built the company around a single standard: concrete should perform, and look right, long after the project closes.
That standard is set before a truck ever arrives. Base preparation, grade, reinforcement and jointing are where a pour is won or lost, and Bill oversees those details personally.
Today Signature Concrete Solutions serves western Wisconsin and the Twin Cities Metro with concrete work through the construction season and commercial snow and ice management through winter.
Rory Poynter
Rory Poynter brings more than 20 years of experience in both residential and commercial concrete construction to Signature Concrete Solutions. As our Project Manager and Coordinator, Rory oversees day-to-day field operations, coordinates crews, monitors project schedules, and helps ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to our standards.
His extensive hands-on experience gives him a strong understanding of what it takes to deliver quality concrete work from start to finish. Rory plays a key role in keeping projects organized, crews accountable, and workmanship consistent while holding Signature Concrete Solutions to the high standards our customers expect.
Placing concrete is straightforward. Keeping it flat is craftsmanship.
